(Hollyhock)
Strong, tall, very upright flower stems are studded with big, powder-puff shaped flowers that are soft cream in the centre and white on the outside. Being seed grown, the middles can be pure white. At the base sits a mound of large, round, slightly indented, mid-green leaves. The architypical cottage plant that is still seen growing at the front of houses where it has self-seeded.
