Sow in September in the flowering site 2cm deep. Later sowings should be in deep pots in a cold frame or green house. Beware mice like the seeds. In April the seeds can be sown directly into the soil. Plant out the seedlings in April as soon or later when the roots show through the bottom of the pot. The blooms should be cut regularly to encourage lots of flowers. Remove seed pods as they form.
