Peony 'Terpsichore'
(Tree peony / Paeonia 'Terpsichore')
The large, single flowers open soft tones of apricot. The petals, which are lined with maroon, curl backwards to reveal an big central ring of yellow stamens. As the bloom ages the apricot tints disappear, turning the flower palest pink and revealing the maroon flares in the centre of the flower. A handsome plant.
