Heuchera 'Fire Chief'
(Alum root)
When they first unfurl the vine-shaped leaves are bright maroon-red, as they age they deepen to burgundy. The semi-evergreen mound of foliage provides a handsome base to the many slender, wiry stems of tiny, white and pink flowers.
