Double flowered daylilies are not that common. This one came onto the gardening scene sometime ago and has proved its worth. Lemon in colour, the smallish, trumpet-shaped blooms are rendered double with an further ring of petals in the middle. Borne on slender stems, one blooms opens a day at a time for many weeks.

A hardy perennial this survives temperatures of -15 or more. The foliagewill die back in autumn. More will emerge again in spring. One of the most indestructible garden plants, these easily grown plants will grow in almost any situations except for heavy shade and soil that is permanently wet.
