Helenium 'Indianersommer'
  • Helenium-indianersommer
Tall stems are topped with open sprays of large, daisy-shaped, orange-red flowers. Each flower has a distinctive knob shaped centre of brown. As the flower ages yellow pollen turns the central cone yellow. The stiff flower stems bear a few long, mid-green leaves. All heleniums are great for attracting bees and butterflies.

Care advice

Will take time to establish. Beware of slugs in the early months as the plants emerge in spring, they love them, but rarely kill the plant.
