Helenium 'Baudirektor Linne'
(Sneezeweed)
The rich red flowers fade to deep copper with age and have dark brown centres. The tall stems are carried on tall stems with mid-green leaves. A variety we grew on the nursery over 30 years ago. More of a late summer plant, than all summer, this fills the gap between summer and autumn.

Hardy to -10 degrees and more, the foliage dies back in autumn and emerges again in spring. Cut back to the ground before the new leaves grow and divide every 3 years or so. Don't divide too small, but keep the plant in big clumps.
