Small, double, dusky purple flowers with a distinctive centre of very small soft green petals. The flowers are borne in loose clusters on slender stems above a mound of purple stained, mid-green leaves. This unusual plant was discovered by Lynne Edwards in her garden and named for her father.

        A hardy perennial, this means the leaves will die back in spring. These will survive temperatures of -10 degrees or more. This geranium will take some time to grow to its final size, but once established will need little attention. Cut back the autumn browned foliage before spring.
