Euphorbia x martinii 'Tiny Tim'
(Spurge/Euphorbia × martinii 'Walberton's Tiny Tim')
A neat mounding plant is formed from an aray of short stems that are densely encircled with long, grey-green leaves. In winter these are tipped with red, and in spring the ends erupt into a cluster of yellow-green flowers. Introduced by Tim Crowder of Walberton Nursery, East Sussex.

An evergreen hardy perennial, this not only copes with temperatures to -10 or lower, it keeps the leaves throughout the year. As new leafy stems emerge, one stem might well die back. Remove this in spring, but be aware that some people might react to the milky sap that seeps out of the stem when cut. Remove this as soon as possible to prevent any reaction.
