Campanula 'Paul Furse'

Slender, red-tinted stems carry soft green leaves at regular but well-spaced intervals from bottom to top. A cluster of flower buds is produced at each leaf axil opening into quite small bells that are not much bigger than our wild Harebell. As one long, lilac-blue fades, the next one opens. Unusually, the edges of the petals are lined with fine, silver hairs. This very nice plant is great for the front of a border, where it will spread slowly but elegantly.
