Clusters of white, papery flowers, shaped like pin cushions, are borne on wiry stems above mounds of deeply cut, leaves that are handsomely splashed with cream in spring. As spring passes to summer the leaves become mid green.

Care advice

All Astrantias can take a little time to establish, but once established they are very easy to grow in most soils. To prevent seedlings from appearing (they do not seed true) remove the flower heads as they finish.
