Sow the seeds in pots or trays from February to March. Keep the compost moist and keep them in a warm place (window sill/green house) where the temperature stays between 20-25°C (68-77°F). This usually takes 10-21 days. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots. Put them somewhere sheltered until all risk of frost has passed, and to harden the seedling up, before planting them out in well-drained soil in full sun. Cut back the flowering stems after flowering to encourage new growth and a second display. Instructions give on the back of the packet.
