How Much Sun: Part shade/Full Shade
Hardy to -10 degrees and more. The foliage dies back in autumn and emerges in spring. Cut back old foliage before new shoots start to show. This really does need a deep, moisture-retentive soil, preferably with lots of leaf mould. When happy it is really trouble free.
