Like all trilliums this is a very special plant, but don't expect to get great results for a few years as they are very, very slow to mature.

Hardy to -10 degrees and more, the foliage dies back in autumn and emerges again in spring. Cut back any old foliage before new shoots start. These need a shady spot, in a soil that is full of leaf mold. Very slow to mature.
