Mr Ozzie (Munch Team Captain) says:
I'm the longest serving member of the team and Captain by default really. We take a lot of the undesirable green material around the nursery and recycle it into fertiliser pellets. I feel appreciated as I'm always getting a pack on the back from the boss.
