POT SIZES

The prices given refer to plants supplied in 1lt pots. However if a plant cannot be sent in a 1lt pot, we will supply it in a smaller 9cm pot and charge 90p less per pot. This is particularly true of plants dispatched in spring or during the main propagation seasons. To avoid disappointment if you only want the larger 1lt pot, please let us know.

PAYMENT

Orders are only accepted with full payment. Cheques are banked upon receipt and credit cards are charged at the time of processing the order. We accept the following cards; MASTERCARD, VISA & SWITCH. We accept cheques in Sterling and Euros.

DESPATCH TIMES

PLANTS: throughout the year, except for bare rooted plants which include peonies, hemerocallis and a limited number of other perennials. We shall advise customers at the time of ordering if a plant is only available as bare rooted.
IRISES: these are dispatched from September to the end of October and in March.
Substitutes
If a variety is sold out, unless otherwise stated, we will substitute a similar plant. Please let us know if this is unacceptable.

PACKING & CARRIAGE CHARGE

As irises are sent at a different time to other plants, please be sure to add the 2 separate carriage charges to the final payment.

MAINLAND UK PACKING RATES
IRISES: 1 to 3 rhizomes £4.90
IRISES: 4 or more rhizomes £6.90
ALL OTHER PLANTS
orders under £150: £10.00 per seasonal order
ALL OTHER PLANTS
orders over £150: £18.00 per seasonal order

UK OFFSHORE AREAS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, AND AREAS NORTH OF GLASGOW, EIRE & MAINLAND EUROPE
These areas are more expensive to send to, therefore a separate sheet indicating the cost of carriage should have been sent with this catalogue. If you do not have one, please contact our office.

SUBSTITUTES

Because our catalogue includes so many plants, many of which require specific propagation times, from time to time some will not be available. Therefore we may substitute a variety that is unavailable with a similar one. If this is unacceptable, please let us know.
