As we have just replanted our crop of peonies there will be almost no flowers this year, which means that we shall not be able to open our field of peonies until next year. (Itoh) PEONIES
These very beautiful peonies are sometimes called Itoh Hybrids. They are the most recent peonies to appear, and are hybrids between tree peonies and herbaceous peonies. They produce large, perfectly formed flowers on short wood stems, with very handsome foliage. They grow into a compact mound about 75cm (2.5ft) to 90cm (3ft) high. They bloom from early to mid June |
